I have a Panasonic Home Theatre system that has only 1 output jack. Is there a device to hook 2 applinaces up? - hooking up a home theatre system

They have tried a 37 "Vizio, connect theater and top plate together. Only then can do now is spliting w / RCA TV cable, but you have the satellite cable separately in order to watch the film on DVD. I wonder if it will help a divider or something to me.
