Trimeth/sulfa Ds Is Effective For Is Trimeth/sulfa Ds Effective?

Is trimeth/sulfa ds effective? - trimeth/sulfa ds is effective for

I was diagnosed with a severe sinus infection and cold today and the dr. gave me antibiotics, trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole, about 11 clock today. I went to work and IHAD go home because I felt myself to be very sick, even if taken with paracetamol for fever and congestion medicines. It is 12 clock the next day feeling sick style. I have to be drugs as prescribed.
How long should I wait until it comes into force? I do not feel bad and stuff. Which took a beating from me, and I have to work tomorrow ....
The antibiotic is effective or not?

I agree with "Nick". TMP-SMX is one of the best medicines for infections of the sinuses, especially in someone who smokes. It takes 1-2 days for antibiotics to work, and comprehensive treatment of an infection. Do you have any food in the stomach when you - it could get help with nausea, because the Mediterranean Sea. However, bacteria resistant to antibiotics is present. If your symptoms do not improve speaking, not after 3 days of antibiotics, with your doctor.

This "sulfonamide antibiotics is very effective in use for decades for infections and as a rule for sinusitis, but if it makes you sick to your stomach, you should call your doctor again and recommend it over them. Firstly, I would that with take the food for themselves, not on an empty stomach. If they already have, then you should call your Dr. 's Office. Gastrointestinal (GI) intolerance is a relatively common side effect that some people with this medicine. If you are one of those have to be sensitive to it, your stomach does not improve or adjust the medication is provided to happen, quite the contrary. There are several medications that can be replaced effectively treating sinusitis. There is no reason to believe that if They are sick.
